Availability: Only 1 left in stock

Antique zinc industrial bathtub of large proportions, crafted in galvanized metal with iron structure, originating from Central Europe and dating to the early 20th century.

Originally designed for rural and domestic use, these bathtubs were essential objects for washing, bathing and agricultural tasks. Its elongated shape and generous volume reflect a purely functional approach.

Made from galvanized sheet metal, the piece was built to withstand constant exposure to water. The curved iron legs elevate the structure, providing stability and ease of use. Its construction is simple and direct, typical of primitive and industrial design.

The surface shows an authentic patina with oxidation marks and water traces that enhance its material presence. It fits naturally within wabi sabi, minimalist, or rustic interiors.

Today it can be repurposed as a large planter, sculptural object or statement piece in countryhouse or bohemian environments.
