Wear commensurate with age and use. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Authentic Japanese choba-dansu (\u5e33\u5834\u7baa\u7b25) from the Meiji\/Taish\u014d period (c. 1890-1920). This type of furniture was traditionally used in stores and businesses to store accounting documents, stamps, tools and valuables. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Made of Japanese sugi wood with original wrought iron hardware, it retains an extraordinary patina and natural marks of use that reflect its history and authenticity.
