Pieces like this were used for storage and as support surfaces, fully integrated into a practical and climate-adapted domestic environment.<\/p>\n<p>The structure combines side compartments with doors, lower drawers and a central open section, offering a versatile storage solution within a compact volume. Traditional joinery is visible throughout, prioritising strength and durability over decorative intent.<\/p>\n<p>The surface retains a rich natural patina, with marks, irregularities and signs of use.
