Provient du nord de la Chine, du d\u00e9but du XXe si\u00e8cle, o\u00f9 le pin local \u00e9tait travaill\u00e9 selon l&#8217;assemblage \u00e0 tenon et mortaise sans clous, avec plateaux massifs et pieds de section carr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les maisons rurales du nord de la Chine, les tables basses remplissaient des fonctions multiples : surface auxiliaire \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du kang, table \u00e0 manger informelle ou plan de travail domestique. Leur hauteur r\u00e9duite correspondait \u00e0 l&#8217;habitude de vivre pr\u00e8s du sol.<\/p>\n<p>Construite en pin massif selon l&#8217;assemblage traditionnel \u00e0 tenon et mortaise, sans clous. Le plateau sup\u00e9rieur, form\u00e9 de planches longitudinales jointes \u00e0 bord, repose sur quatre pieds de section carr\u00e9e avec entretoises inf\u00e9rieures qui renforcent la structure. La menuiserie suit le langage du mobilier provincial.<\/p>\n<p>La patine conserve le ton chaud du pin patin\u00e9, avec le veinage visible et une brillance mate. La surface du plateau pr\u00e9sente des marques sombres laiss\u00e9es par des objets pos\u00e9s au fil du temps, des taches et des traces de l&#8217;usage domestique prolong\u00e9. La structure reste solide.<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;int\u00e8gre avec naturel dans des int\u00e9rieurs wabi-sabi, rustiques contemporains ou minimalistes. Fonctionne comme table basse de salon, banc-buffet ou base pour une composition d&#8217;objets.
