Pi\u00e8ce provinciale \u00e9l\u00e9gante, \u00e0 mi-chemin entre l&#8217;<em>armoire haute de chambre<\/em> et le <em>buffet d\u00e9corateur de salon<\/em>, repr\u00e9sentative du <em>mobilier du nord-ouest chinois (Gansu)<\/em> dans sa lecture verticale la plus raffin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les maisons traditionnelles du Gansu, les buffets hauts pr\u00e9sidaient les chambres conjugales ou les pi\u00e8ces principales, o\u00f9 l&#8217;on gardait les textiles fins, les v\u00eatements personnels, les objets de valeur quotidienne. La proportion verticale \u2014 pr\u00e8s d&#8217;un m\u00e8tre de hauteur \u2014 et l&#8217;organisation en deux portes-tiroirs offrent une compartimentage logique. Les sculptures g\u00e9om\u00e9triques subtiles refl\u00e8tent le go\u00fbt raffin\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion, qui cherchait l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9gance sans exc\u00e8s d&#8217;ornementation. Le pin \u00e9tait la madera de pr\u00e9dilection du Gansu.<\/p>\n<p>Il est construit en pin massif avec fa\u00e7ades de b\u00e2ti et panneau, deux portes sup\u00e9rieures et deux tiroirs inf\u00e9rieur s\u00e9par\u00e9s par une traviesa. Les tireurs sont des anneaux de fer forg\u00e9 originaux sur des plaques circulaires, et les pieds, de section carr\u00e9e avec l\u00e9ger c\u00f4ne, se prolongent au-dessus du corps formant les \u00e9paules lat\u00e9rales typiques du r\u00e9pertoire provincial chinois.<\/p>\n<p>La patine est riche et tr\u00e8s uniforme : le pin conserva un tono miel-marr\u00f3n asentado, avec veine lisible et brille mat doux poli par le temps. Les sculptures maintiennent toute leur d\u00e9finition et les ferrures conservent l&#8217;oxydation stable. La structure est solide et toutes les portes et tiroirs fonctionnent correctement.<\/p>\n<p>Par son \u00e9chelle verticale et sa fa\u00e7ade d\u00e9cor\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re contenue, elle s&#8217;int\u00e8gre naturellement aux int\u00e9rieurs wabi-sabi, japandi, m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens, \u00e9clectiques ou d&#8217;inspiration asiatique, o\u00f9 elle fonctionne comme armoire haute de chambre, meuble de rangement dans un salon, pi\u00e8ce avec pr\u00e9sence dans un recibidor ou meuble d\u00e9corateur dans une galerie.
